Yes, our warehouse is completely operational, and likewise our couriers: we are all taking the necessary precautions to prevent any possibility of infection. Are delivery times longer than usual?

In general, with the spread of Covid-19, we have seen a notable increase in online purchases, but we have made arrangements to deal with all the orders received as effectively as possible. As regards order preparation, we are currently able to largely comply with our standard timescale, entrusting them to our couriers within 1-2 days from receiving the order. Our couriers are also operating as normal: however, in case of emergency, they may be required to give priority to other indispensable products and for this reason you may have to wait for a few days longer than usual to receive your PUPA order. We are sure that you will understand. Lastly, we would like to remind you that for all orders, you will receive an e-mail with delivery tracking details, and as always, you can contact our Customer Service if you have any specific requirements.

What happens if it is impossible to deliver my order?

We are in continuous contact with our couriers, and we are constantly updated regarding the local limitations that may be decided by the Authorities. If you provide a delivery address for a location for which delivery is temporarily impossible, you will receive the respective error message before the completion of your order, and of course, you will not be charged anything. In addition, after completion of the order, if for whatever reason it should prove impossible to deliver it to you successfully, we will inform you, and the amount that you have paid will be reimbursed immediately.

How can I minimise contacts with the courier on delivery of my package? Is cash on delivery accepted?

We have asked our couriers to limit contacts with customers, and more in general to pay absolute attention to safety. For this reason, your package will preferably be delivered outside your door, ensuring a safe distance at all times and avoiding “hand to hand” delivery. For the same reason, it is preferable and advisable to use a digital form of payment (credit card or PayPal) rather than cash on delivery, even though this is still an available option. In the case of limitations on the part of our couriers or the Authorities, we may have to limit or disable cash on delivery.
