Shipping Policy

Pupa Milano US will only take, process, and fulfill orders that are shipping to the United States and the United States Territories.

Once an order has been processed, we are not able to upgrade or change shipping methods. We are also unable to modify or cancel the items on your order once it has been confirmed.

We currently offer two shipping methods:

USPS Ground Shipping: Flat rate fee of $4.90 per order with an estimated delivery time of five to eight business days.
UPS Standard Shipping: Flat rate fee of $6.90 per order with an estimated delivery time of three to four business days.
