Shipping Policy

Pupa Milano US will only take, process, and fulfill orders that are shipping to the United States and the United States Territories.

All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. If the order is placed after the daily cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day. Standard U.S shipping carrier rates apply. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Ground Shipping: Estimated delivery of five to eight business days.

• Free ground shipping on orders over $50.
• For orders under $50, there is a flat rate ground shipping fee of $8.00 per order.

Once an order has been processed, we are not able to upgrade or change shipping methods. We are also unable to modify or cancel the items on your order once it has been confirmed.
