Pick up a small amount of product with one of our professional brushes and tap it on the back of your hand to remove any excess. Use the darker colors on the outer corner of the eye or on the entire upper and lower eyelid for a smoky effect. Apply the light colors under the brow bone, near the inner corner of the eye, and on the center of the eyelid. The bright colors can also be applied over the entire eyelid.
